My bookkeeping journey began well before GST, with payroll books, spreadsheets and Quicken. After handwriting dozens of group certificates one night, I knew I had to find a better solution. And so I began my journey with MYOB. As my client base expanded, I began using Reckon Accounts, eventually becoming a Reckon Accredited Consultant in 2007. I added accreditations in Reckon Retail POS and Home & Business in 2010 to better serve clients with specialised needs.

Following the introduction of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, I upskilled to a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) and registered as a BAS Agent. A Diploma of Management deepened my insight into business, enabling me to better advise on business processes. These qualifications, paired with decades of hands-on experience, allow me to offer strategic support beyond traditional bookkeeping.

I’m also a Xero Certified Advisor, committed to staying current with cloud-based technologies and helping clients streamline workflows and troubleshoot with confidence.

I was honoured as 2015 Reckon Accredited Partner of the Year, a proud milestone that recognised my dedication to the platform and its community.

Today, while I maintain strong technical knowledge of bookkeeping, my focus is on training, consulting, and empowering clients to manage their financial systems with clarity and control. This evolution has shaped COS Business Solutions into a trusted partner for businesses seeking practical, professional, and personalised support, from software setup to BAS preparation and strategic consulting.

Rebecca Chapman leads the bookkeeping division at COS Business Solutions with precision, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client success. A Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, she upholds the highest standards of compliance and ethical practice across every engagement.

Since joining COS in 2017 and driving its expansion, Rebecca has become a cornerstone of our service delivery, providing reliable, personalised support in payroll, BAS preparation, bank reconciliations, and day-to-day financial management. Her hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure clients receive accurate, timely service whether onsite, remote, or in-office.

Rebecca holds a Certificate III in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, and a Diploma of Business. She is also a MYOB Certified Advisor and proficient across Xero, MYOB, Reckon, and QuickBooks, tailoring solutions to suit each client’s platform and workflow.

Her expertise includes deep knowledge of the construction industry, covering payroll structures, subcontractor management, STP, GST reporting, job costing, and progress claims. Rebecca also has experience across retail, hospitality, professional services, and agriculture.

Known for her approachable nature and genuine care for client outcomes, Rebecca builds lasting relationships based on trust and responsiveness. Her commitment to continuous learning ensures COS Business Solutions remains current, compliant, and client-focused in an ever-changing financial landscape.

Tamika Corr is the welcoming face of COS Business Solutions, managing front-of-house operations with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

As our Administration Officer, she ensures daily business activities run smoothly, greeting clients, coordinating appointments, and supporting internal operations with precision and care.

 

Tamika is also expanding her skills in bookkeeping, undertaking hands-on training across Xero, Reckon, MYOB, and QuickBooks. Her attention to detail and eagerness to learn have made her a valuable support to both Kim and Rebecca, assisting with data entry, reconciliations, and payroll tasks.

Her dual role bridges client engagement with back-end financial support, reflecting the collaborative, growth-focused culture at COS. Tamika’s adaptability, commitment to learning, and genuine care for client outcomes make her a rising talent and a trusted presence within our team.
